Paul is now refusing to talk to me because I filed a case with the FBI after this dragged on for more than 6 months!

Sarah, Given the reports that were sent to me by Terry Lee as well as the lawyers in Houston, confirming that you had gone to the FBIto make complaints about us.. I had a discussion concerning you, the FBI and the clients with my lawyers both here in New Zealand as well as the lawyers in London, and they advised me as follows:"Given that it is 'reported' that Sarah Carswell has laid a complaint with the FBI and further that it is 'reported' that her complaint is that what you have done is criminal and fraudulent and the likes.. and potentially that this will finish infront of the courts.. then the matter is considered "sub judecea" . ........accordingly I have been informed / instructed that I do not speak to you or to Terry Lee or anyone further until this matter is resolved one way or the other..because anything that I may say could be used against me and under New Zealand law (which is the law under which the contracts were signed) I do not have to update, advise, speak too you or anything of the like..and further he advises that I say absolutely nothing to you period.Accordingly I am providing this email to you only out of courtesy.. so you know exactly why I am not replying to your emails or taking your calls.We will continue to work for and on behalf of and in the interests of the clients and have discussed with the lawyers in Houston exactly where we are and what we are doing. However beyond this advice I will not be making any further advices or any future calls or emails to you whatsoever. communication will only be directed via the lawyers.. and that contact will be relating to the clients and settlements etc.Paul Douglas.
