This is what I received from Paul this morning:
Good evening Patrick,I have just spoken with the bankers in Vienna, and have made arrangements for a letter to be sent to me from the bank confirming that they have received the ''assets" with a value of USD $..................................and that against these assets they have arranged a creditline in the amount of USD $...................................for me to use in settlement of our respective projects.This letter is arranged and will be in my hands either later tonight my time or on my tomorrow.. i thought that this might be some handy ammunition while we make it all work for each and everyone of them.I will advise you immediately that this letter is on hand.Best regards,Paul.
