March 19, 2008...more assurances of funding!

Things are progressing at a rate that we are all happy with in Vienna and the bank has given us a favorable reply, .. and so to facilitate a closing as quick as possible we have arranged a "cash injection" based upon the Bank Guarantee and other collateral we have arranged, from our man in Chicago. I have a telephone conference with them in Chicago in about 7 hours at which time we envisage that everything will be completed. I will advise Patrick of details concerning those transfers as soon as that information is in my hands. At this time I am in their hands.. but can advise we will be settling these matters in full as quickly as is possible.. exact timing will be advised when confirmed to me.Best regards, Paul.
