All-
I just spoke to Paul and was informed the following:
The funds have been sent from Zurich (or whereever they were coming from in Europe) and they are in the process of being cleared and receipted into the RCM accounts. This is the first traunch and is not the full $88.6M. Paul stated that he is waiting on a callback from the bank to confirm that the funds have been cleared, which he "believes" should be completed tomorrow morning NZ time.
Regarding Dobbins, Paul stated that he had a man named Claude Lowenz (unsure about spelling all you due diligence people out there) who is standing by to come over and meet with the Dobbins team and make final preparations
