I took your calls on Saturday.. against my better judgement and told you exactly what the current up to date information was.. additionally I took calls and made calls to Terry to confirm exactly what was what..Unlike yourself when I spoke to Terry..he listened to what I had to say and understood.. and by the time we conveyed messages backand forth three times.. every one was clear...As I advised.. "as soon as the banker in Europe, confirms that the bank guarantee (which he has already received) is clearedand everything is acceptable (which as I advised would be either Monday or Tuesday) then we would be in a position to have fundswithin 24 to 36 hours..."I did not and continue to advise that I DID NOT at any time advise that funds would be there on Wednesday.. that is what you continuallyrepeated to me and I continually advised you that you were NOT listening.. I even slowed down and spoke one word at a time so you would notget confused.. but still and here we are today and you are saying the same...Further Sarah.. I did you the courtesy of advising you this morning.. in writing exactly that every thing was great.. I know you got this advice..because you sent it on to Brett with your little note..
So Sarah, professional courtesy aside.. you will NOT be getting any further advices from me.. because you have insulted me for the last time.. you have also twisted things that I have said to suit yourself for the last time.. I suggest that you concentrate your time and efforts elsewhere and wait for the settlements to take place.Gentlemen, I will be advising Patrick later tonight concerning the timing of the settlements and to make the necessary arrangements..and as necessary will be advising you both of those settlements under separate cover.regards, Paul
