June 11, 2008...now tell us funds are not 'released'

To answer your questions: I assume you didn't see any movement on the funds to date? NO.For my own edification, are the funds in NZ, but just not released to your account? YESIs the bank providing any indication on how long they will hold the funds? NO.. but my lawyer is pushing them for that answer...I never kill messengers because in this instance I feel like I am in the exact same boat... everything is done that needs to bedone.. and we are waiting for those people who hold our lives and futures in their hands to finish their damn work.. so no..no bulletscoming your way.Will send you any news that I have .. immediately that i have it... reason I am chewing on their butts so bad is as soon as the fundsare released I send out to youRegards, Paul.
