May 7, 2008...funds were supposed to be 24-36 hours away

Good afternoon Patrick,I have just gotten back into the hotel following a huge day with the banks the lawyers and the investment banker..as I advised you last week the "orders" have been given to the investment banker for the first funds to come to you and I have signed off all of the papers for this to happen.. I am expecting the copies of these transfers in the next 24 to 36 and will send a copy direct to you when these are in my hands.. I will also call you and advise that the transfer is 100% complete.. and the copy is in my hands..The payment out to cover the balance of the "squeaky wheels".. along with the monies for the bio plant will be available about 10days after the first payment is sent...Best regards,Paul.
