I spoke with Gil, who informed me that his father had passed away and that he was dealing with that. So, I contacted Paul directly in New Zealand and he assured me that he was standing by hourly waiting for the call from the bank to send the transfers. He told me that the orders had been given and that this was 100% complete. Paul advised me that he would contact the escrow attorney in Texas as soon as he had the wires ready to go to make settlement arrangements. I asked if it would happen today and he told me that he was confident it would be today or at the very latest, EARLY next week.
Unfortunately, we have heard all that before and if you read back through this blog, you will see where we have been told the same thing several other times.
