Well, we are almost at the end of yet another week and still no funding at all on any of the four deals involved.
I spoke with Paul early my Wednesday morning and he informed me that he had just gotten off a plane from Singapore in Zurich and that he had no updates at that time. I guess what he told me was 100% done is not as he is no longer in New Zealand and we still don't have funds.
I received a call yesterday afternoon, August 13, 2008 from Gil out of the blue. He informed me that all of their deals had gone bad because of this blog and that they were unable to close deals because people had found this and now want them to put up bonds. He also informed me that I was going to be sued by several of their clients, Paul and several governments, including China.
Gil did tell me that he thought these deals were going to be funded next week, but that "Paul would rather die than go down without a fight with me"...still no funds here...

Wow, seems like you have had a terrible time -- I certainly feel for you! People fall for these types of scams every day. I hope you did not lose too much money! Sounds like it might be time to give up the fight.
